After this blog was published, I discovered the Chase was hacked. Of course, they called it “down for maintenance” when this occurred.
Chase Bank should know better than to update their online systems in the middle of the day. Why can’t they do it in the middle of the night?
I could not make a deposit from my phone. When I called their non-customer-service department, they did not have a clue as to when the system would be up.
