It’s bad enough when you call and get a recorded message. It is even worse when the message does not help.
How many times have you called and heard this message:
“The office is currently closed. Please call back during normal business hours.”
As you can see, there are no hands on the clock, so you cannot tell what time it is. The same holds true for the recorded message. The message does not provide the normal business hours, a necessary piece of information so that you will know when to call back.
