More Bad Tech Support

Spending two hours on a failed three-way support call between Microsoft, your ISP, and yourself is enough to bring you to tears.


It seems that most support people are reluctant to seek the help of a supervisor for some stupid reason or another.


The failed support call was due to the fact that no one seemed to know that to be able to use email on a Windows 10 computer required an imap server rather than a pop server.
